HOW PEOPLE SURVIVE AFTER EARTH QUAKE AND BLOCKADE BY INDIA

Relationships: Is It Naive For Someone To Believe That Another Person Will Change?

Even though a relationship can start off in a certain way, it doesn’t mean that it will be the same as time passes. On one hand, this can be seen as something that just happens as two people get to know each other better, and on the other hand, it can mean that one person was putting on an act.
Best Foot Forward
In this sense, the person someone made themselves out to be in the beginning of the relationship was nothing more than an act. This shows that while someone can put their best foot forward; they can also go as far as to deceive others.
The other person might not just be in for a small surprise; they could be in for a real shock. As to how long it will take until they realise what is happening can depend on a number of different factors.
One Factor
When the idea one has of the other person doesn’t match up with what they are like, it can be a challenge for them to face reality. If the other person was to act differently, they could end up overlooking what happens, or even see it as a one-off.
What this will show is how caught up they are in the idea they have formed in their mind. Through holding onto this idea, they can feel good; whereas if they were to let it go and to embrace reality, this might not be the case.

When Losing Love Creates Deep Wounds

When we are hurt, we long for someone to take away the pain, sooth the wounds and offer us hope. Often, those longings go unsatisfied. In our attempts to find love, we give ourselves to others over and over only to be hurt more each time.
Overcoming Lost Love There is an answer to the pain of lost love and dashed dreams. Hope comes through Jesus Christ, the son of God. He offers healing for the wounds you feel right now. He offers to walk with you through difficult times and laugh with you when life goes well.
Why? Jesus understands that we live in a damaged world. He knows that you bear the pain of broken relationships and shattered dreams. Your pain matters to God. He wants to free you from the hurt that rules your life and love you unconditionally.
Jesus has the power to change your reality because He took the pain and shame of our sin at the cross. He rose from the dead with the promise that we can have new life in Him.
Christ’s love is perfect and never causes harm. His love is pure and healing, washing away the pain and heartache life has dealt us.
Life and love are gifts that are meant to be shared. Share your life with Christ and experience His love first hand.LOVE

The Effect of Fashion on Teenagers in School

0
Your rating: None
There was a time when the concept of fashion was only in the occasions. Though, it would be pointless to compare the present generation with our generation. But I can see a vast difference between the present and the older generation. Fashion is the key word for today’s teenagers. In fact, fashion reflects even in the school students. The bags they carry, the watches they wear and the way they carry themselves involve so much of fashion. The teenagers seem to be more fashionable than the adults now. In fact they can be good trendsetters themselves. There are many teens that invent their own styles and aim at becoming an icon among their groups.
Earlier, fashion used to be found only among the affluent class of people. But now the times have changed. Now, class doesn’t matter in any way on the road to becoming fashionable. In fact, everybody is fashionable these days. We can hardly see anyone on the streets who isn’t fashion conscious. One of the many factors responsible for the spread and the craze of fashion among people so much is Television. Fashion or “style” in the colloquial language can be called contagious because people get influenced by one who already is fashion conscious. Being fashion conscious not only makes you popular among your folks but also upgrades your confidence level.

NEW WAVE FEMINISM

One of the differences between the new wave of feminism and previous ones is that feminists do not seem to care any more about what clothes women wear. Long gone are the days when being a feminist implied hating fashion and burning bras (as a 46-year-old woman who has had three children, I am naturally grateful for the latter). Indeed, since feminism has turned towards women’s freedom to take their own decisions in life, women wearing what they wish (be that plain, colourful, wide, narrow, on trend or outdated) fits neatly with that concept.
When it comes to clothes it is difficult to put the finger on what is gender discriminatory, because (unfair as that may be) first impressions of both men and women are often formed by how we look. A comment about women having to shorten the length of their skirts in order to be successful is clearly discriminatory. But if a businesswoman or female politician goes to a meeting in flamboyant clothes or shoes and people or the media comment on them, does it happen only because she is a woman? Would that happen if a businessman or male politician went to a meeting in flamboyant clothes or shoes?
Much has been written about women in power being judged mostly by their clothes (a newspaper’s parade, this summer, of female ministers as a models’ line-up being a reminder of how little things have changed since the 1960s for some). And yet there are many women in some of the highest positions in power (from Merkel to Lagarde and from Clinton to Rousseff) who are hardly ever judged by their clothes.SUMMER  FASHION

FASHION WONT LOOK AT AGE

For the last three years at about this time — which is to say, in the nascent days of the new year, when the calendar lies clear and the sense of possibility is at its apex — Selfridges, the British department store, has dedicated its windows, all 13 of them, to a new class of Bright Young Things: dozens of up-and-coming stars of fashion and art, including names like Simone Rocha, Christopher Shannon and Maarten van der Horst, who it thinks will shape what we wear and how we shop in the year to come.
New year, new generation!
But this year, things look a bit different. On Thursday, the emporium will unveil its first windows of 2015, all dedicated to the work of Bright Old Things (BOTs): 14 men and women of a certain age, who changed careers late in life, moving into the worlds of fashion and art at a time most people start thinking about saying goodbye to fashionable things.

A TRUE FRIENDS NEVER HURT

Friendship is a relationship of mutual affection between two or more people.[1] Friendship is a stronger form of interpersonal bond than an association. Friendship has been studied in academic fields such as sociology, social psychology, anthropology, and philosophy. Various academic theories of friendship have been proposed, including social exchange theory, equity theory, relational dialectics, and attachment styles. A World Happiness Database study found that people with close friendships are happier.[2]
Although there are many forms of friendship, some of which may vary from place to place, certain characteristics are present in many types of friendship. Such characteristics include affection, sympathy, empathy, honesty, altruism, mutual understanding and compassion, enjoyment of each other's company, trust, and the ability to be oneself, express one's feelings, and make mistakes without fear of judgment from the friend.
While there is no practical limit on what types of people can form a friendship, friends tend to share common backgrounds, occupations, or interests, and have similar demographics.

WHAT IS TRUE FRIENDSHIP?

The definition of a friend has changed in today’s technologically connected world. Today we may think we have many “friends.” It is true: we do enjoy the ability to be informed and to stay current with what is happening in the lives of many of our acquaintances as well as current and former friends and even people we have not met personally whom we call our friends.
In the context of social media, the term “friend” is often used to describe contacts rather than relationships. You have the ability to send your “friends” a message, but this is not the same thing as having a relationship with a person one on one.
Sometimes our preoccupation is on having friends. Perhaps we should focus on being a friend.MANY LOVES TO MY BEST FRIEND

There are many definitions of what it means to be a friend. I will never forget hearing Elder Robert D. Hales of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles speak about what it means to be a friend and the powerful influence of friends in our lives. His definition has had lasting impact in my life. He said, “Friends are people who make it easier to live the gospel of Jesus Christ.” In this sense, seeking another person’s highest good is the essence of true friendship. It is putting someone else first. It is being strictly honest, loyal, and chaste in every action. Perhaps it is the word commitment that unlocks the real meaning of friendship.SO FRIENDSHIP IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT................

NEW GENERATION OF MODERN AGE

One of the differences between the new wave of feminism and previous ones is that feminists do not seem to care any more about what clothes women wear. WINTER WEAR

The most simple form of ancient footwear consisted of sandals or just a piece of animal skin that was wrapped around the feet. The latter is considered to be the ancestor of the leather morshni (porshni) of the Slavs, the chuviaki of the peoples of the Caucasus, and the moccasins of the American Indians. Bark (in Eastern Europe) and wood (among certain peoples of Western Europe) were also used for footwear.
Since ancient times, headgear served as protection and as an emblem indicating social status (for example, the headgear of chieftains or of priests of heathen religious cults). It has also reflected religious and magical beliefs (for example, headgear depicting an animal’s head).
Clothing is usually adapted to geographic conditions, and its varied forms and the material from which it is made are determined by climate. The most ancient clothing of the peoples of the tropical-forest zone, for example, in Africa and South America, consisted of a loincloth, an apron, and a cape. In moderately cold and arctic regions, clothing covered the entire body. A distinction is made between the clothing of the Far North and of northern regions with cold temperate climates. The clothes worn by the peoples of the Far North are completely made from fur. The peoples of Siberia have two characteristic types of fur clothing. In the polar zone, a thick, pullover fur garment is worn among such peoples as the Eskimo, Chukchi, and Nentsy. In the taiga zone, the clothing is loose and opens in front (for example, among the Evenki and the Yakuts). Unique garments made of suede, chamois, or tanned leather appeared among the Indians of the North American forest zone: the women wore a long, shirtlike garment, and the men wore a long shirt and high leggings."ANCIENT WINTER  WEAR"

ADDICTED TO FASHION

Fashion is a popular style or practice, especially in clothing, footwear, accessories, makeup, body piercing, or furniture. Fashion is a distinctive and often habitual trend in the style in which a person dresses. It is the prevailing styles in behaviour and the newest creations of textile designers.Because the more technical term costume is regularly linked to the term "fashion", the use of the former has been relegated to special senses like fancy dress or masquerade wear, while "fashion" generally means clothing, including the study of it. Although aspects of fashion can be feminine or masculine, some trends are androgynous.[For over a hundred years, Forster Rohner AG has stood for high-quality embroidery. They produce embroideries for elite fashion houses, and range from ready-to-wear to haute couture. With their new innovation of wearable technology by implementing light into textiles, they are going to conquer new markets, reports Regina Henkel.

When Conrad Forster-Willi founded his embroidery company in 1904 under the name of Forster Willi & Co; embroidery was Switzerland's most important exports market. Although this segment of the Swiss textiles industry has since undergone major transformations, the fascination for this unusually versatile product still remains, besides the invaluable know-how that has been handed down from one generation of employees to the next. The idea to implement light in fabrics is a result of both.

With the integration of active bright light in textiles, Forster Rohner expanded fashion design to a new dimension, and managed to create the world's first true hybrid of textile and technology. The
special feature: the Forster Rohner fabrics retain their textile properties even after integration of a technical application. In other words: "It was important that the fabric remains a fabric, and also behaves the same way as before, including washability," explains Jan Zimmermann of Forster Rohner. "Even though it's a technical product", he adds, "everyone expects full washability."

WORLD LOVABLE GENERATION

They wear the proof. In addition to designing Lanvin’s jewelry, Top makes celestially inspired pieces at his salon on Rue Saint-Honoré; and at breakfast, Le-Tan is wearing one of his rings. Chesnais left Balenciaga after several years working for Nicolas Ghesquière and introduced her own jewelry collection in March. Le-Tan is wearing one of her rings, too.
Compared with the recently independent, Le-Tan (who has had her own accessories line since 2009 and ready-to-wear collection since 2012) and Bukey are veterans, ready to offer contacts or context to the rest. “It’s incredible that we’ve all been able to do our own things,” Seward said. “It’s motivating.” Chesnais agreed: “When you have a problem and you call your friend and he has a problem too, it’s easier. I’m not the only one to have a problem. Or he has a bigger problem than me!”
She said she had polled Top and Seward, too, when she began her line, about how to answer pesky interviewers. (Chesnais recalled being pregnant with her first child when she was starting her company and hoping to conceal it for her first press photos: “I had to do a portrait with high-waisted panties,” she said. “Welcome to my life,” Le-Tan, the most unfiltered of the five, replied.)
There is something extremely, essentially French about the group, with its arch repartee — not least, the Gallic truculence on who does and does not get to be called French. “She is Argentinian, she is English, she’s Turkish,” said Chesnais (that would be Seward, Le-Tan, Bukey). “They are not completely French, but we agree to have them in our club.”FASHIONABLE  GENERATION.

FASHIONABLE DRESSES

The most discussed fashion model of 2015 did not, like some of her colleagues, earn $44 million or shave her head. She did not even leave her apartment.
There she was, in her New York home, hidden as usual behind a pair of sunglasses: the writer Joan Didion, on the Upper East Side, in an ad by Juergen Teller for the much watched and even more copied French label Céline.
Though Phoebe Philo, Céline’s designer, said nothing about the choice, then or since, she was more or less the only one. The fashion press and social media churned with goggle-eyed appreciations, think pieces, takes and tributes, as well as a few reality checks and reconsiderations.
Ms. Didion, firm in her froideur, professed not to notice. “I don’t have any clue,” she told The New York Times of the cacophony that ensued. “I have no idea.”
But one place that will not bear their name is on the campus of Paul Smith’s College, in upstate New York, close to where the couple owns a home. For a brief spell this last year, the school was on the verge of being named Joan Weill-Paul Smith’s College, courtesy of a promised $20 million donation from the Weills.SO WE SHOULD HAVE TO BE FASHIONABLE ...

FASHIONABLE GENERATION

All people want to be a fashionable and which we also want if there wont be the fashion than there wont be new generation.we are in the 21st century so we should have to be fashionable.if we can't be fashionable than we will be the useless.
